Accessible Information Standard

The practice has implemented accessible information for patients and aims to make sure that disabled patients have access to information that they can understand and any communication support they may need. this includes making sure that patients can get information in different formats according to their needs.

Staff have had face to face training on accessible information and do Online E learning annually to keep up to date

Please inform staff on reception if patients have any special needs or requirements. This information can be added to the medical record to make it easier for the patients to communicate with the Practice.
